Quavence DAO provides community features, DAO application flow, and access to governance/product tools. Features may change, be suspended, or removed at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for wallet/account security and private keys.
• You must provide accurate information in applications and profile data.
• You must not abuse, attack, spam, or attempt to bypass platform protections.

4. DAO Access and Moderation

DAO access is subject to application review and governance rules. The team may restrict or revoke access in case of abuse, security risks, or policy violations.

5. Blockchain and Token Risk

Blockchain interactions involve technical and market risks. You are solely responsible for transaction decisions, wallet operations, fees, and network-related outcomes.

6. No Warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quavence DAO and contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service use.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
